I am now offering Reiki sessions at Union Square Acupuncture in Somerville, MA on Sundays from 9am-1pm and Tuesdays from 11am – 7pm. A half-hour introductory session is $25, and during April and May 2007, I am offering a one hour introductory session at $45 (25% off).

And so it begins!

As of April 1st, I will be offering Reiki sessions at Union Square Acupuncture in Somerville. Check out the website here: www.unionsquareacupuncture.com. My info's not up yet but it will be soon.

I'm going to be there on Sundays and Tuesdays. I've got a special introductory session - it's $25/30 minutes. Normal sessions are $60/one hour, I'm also going to be hosting Reiki attunements, workshops, study groups and shares. I'll keep you posted.

Wohoo! It looks like I am going to be collaborating with my acupuncturist to offer Reiki sessions out of her clinic. I'll keep you posted! This is fabulous news!

Taking it in stages

Weeks 1 & 2 have consisted of R & R, brainstorming and researching. It looks like week 3 and 4 will consist of much of the same. This is the groundwork, like clearing the garden of weeds and tilling the soil, before you plant the seeds. I anticipate moving forward with my SEED holistic business development as April turns into spring.

Next is going to be a several month "creative sabbatical" to develop the framework and content for all aspects of my holistic business ventures. Transforming ideas into physical form is the hardest part for me - space, nurturing and time is required to make this happen. I've been dreaming of taking the time to do this for years, and I can't express the gratitude I feel for finally co-making with my partner this opportunity to devote my energy solely to the creative process and fleshing out all of my ideas.

My first goal is to have the framework for via Reiki and Life Celebrations by the summer solstice.

My second goal is to create & host at least one Urban Vitality event/fair during the summer to get my name out there.

My third goal is to have a rented physical space for Urban Vitality by the autumn equinox.

Setting Myself Loose in the World to do My Thing

I haven't posted recently. Everything is a whirlwind of ideas, networking, interviews right now. I feel really good about the direction I'm headed. People at work are asking what I'm doing next, where am I going when I step out of the hierarchical paradigm next week. I've begun to tell them that I'm setting myself loose in the world. I continue to have more and more ideas for ways to generate income doing things I love and my to-do lists are pages and pages long now. Very soon I will have the opportunity to fully devote my time and energy into organizing and preparing to launch each of these tendrils of work into the world. And while doing so, build up the interest, contacts, energy for the community center of my dreams to manifest. I am a values-driven holistic professional just about ready to leap off that cliff.
